As a coach, I was searching for resume and interview ideas and was led to Coach Chris Fore.  Coach Fore is located in California and has a coaching journey that took him from a college coach to a high school coach. To spend more time with his own sons he is now a high school principal. 

Throughout his journey he has always stayed involved in mentoring and assisting other football coaches online by providing interview and resume help, writing numerous articles in all areas of athletics, wrote an ebook specializing in punting, and now has a consulting service for all facets of athletics.  He is also a daily contributor to Twitter.  If you are a coach and a teacher, I strongly recommend you spend some time on his social media and website.

My next person of influence is Coach Kenny Simpson.  Coach Simpson has taken the knowledge he has coaching football and has created an entire website full of articles, ebooks, videos, and consulting services.  This is my ultimate goal and one day with persistence I will be here.  Coach Simpson specializes in the Gun Wing-T Offense and if this is the offense you want, this is the place to get all the detailed information and knowledge you need. 

“Coach Simpson is currently the Head Football Coach Searcy High School, a 6A school in Arkansas. He accepted the job at Searcy in June of 2020. Before Searcy, he was the Head Football Coach at Southside Charter. Taking over a program that had won eight games in five seasons and had been on a 20+ game losing streak, Simpson has led Southside to the playoffs for four consecutive seasons and won two conference titles in the past three seasons.

For his efforts, he was named 4A-2 Conference Coach of the Year (2017), named to the as a finalist for Hooten’s Coach of the Year (2017), and has been the All-Star Nominee for the 4A-2 (2016 and 2019). Sports Coaching Blogs Leader: Chris Parker

Like the coaches I have mentioned before, Coach Parker is taking his knowledge and experience of athletic leadership and has created a powerful presence on social media with his daily tweets and fully stocked website.  Coach specializes in athletic leadership with endless templates for budgets, planning, and scheduling.  He also has information on coaching the game of football.  My goal is to create a sight like his but with baseball content.  The future is bright because I will be working to catch up to loyal followers this coach has at his site.

His website says “Coach Chris Parker was the Head Football Coach at Chapel Hill High (GA) 2008-11 and Pickens High (GA) from 2012-18. He took over both schools when they were down and turned them into winning programs. Teams at both schools set school records for wins, playoff appearances, and playoff production. He helped both schools win their first playoff game in school history.  Coach Parker also served as a school-level Athletic Director and District Athletic Director. He is currently the Director of Human Resources for the Pickens County School District.”

Hi, I am Coach Ron Kretz and I am a high school teacher and coach in the state of Texas. I have 29 years of experience in the top athletic classifications while serving as a head baseball/assistant football coach for 8 years, head baseball/offensive coordinator/assistant athletic director for 5 years, a head football coach/athletic coordinator for 5, and served as an assistant football coach and powerlifting assistant the other years.
